A day before the World Series, Hyundai Finance is hosting its annual conference in London to discuss the financial implications of the upcoming Games.
The conference is being held on Wednesday at the Barclays Premier League Stadium in London and is expected to be attended by many of the top football and financial executives from around the world.
Its also the first time that Hyundai Finance will hold a conference in the UK, as the group has previously held events in other parts of the world such as Australia and Japan.
It is understood that the financials that Hyundai will discuss will include the impact of the Games on Hyundai’s earnings, the impact on its credit rating, and the implications of whether the UK will be a key target for the organisation.
The UK is the host country for the 2020 and 2022 Games, with the 2020 World Cup set to take place in 2020, and both 2022 and 2024 games to be played in the country.
The event will also include talks on the latest news, developments in the banking sector, the UK economy, and financial regulation.
The event will be streamed live on the Hyundai Finance website and will be followed by an interactive session on the impact the Games will have on the financial sector.
